LEADERSHIP

Glen Redman is M.E. Dey & Co’s Compliance Director. He is responsible for oversight of the customs brokerage compliance team; tasked with ensuring responsible supervision and control over customs business. He also oversees and coordinates M.E. Dey’s CTPAT program.

Glen has around 13 years of experience in import compliance, including 11 years in customs brokerage. His background spans post-entry analysis, entry writing, trade compliance, customs brokerage leadership, and compliance management. Most recently, he spent six years at DSV Air & Sea in compliance and operational leadership roles, bringing extensive industry expertise to M.E. Dey.

Originally from Michigan, Glen has called the Chicagoland area home for the past 11 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in Economics from the University of North Dakota. He is a Licensed Customs Broker and an active member of the National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association of America.
