An Update for Our Customers Regarding Covid-19
M.E. Dey is fully functioning and has a small staff on site at all 3 locations in Milwaukee, Chicago and Long Beach. The majority of our staff is working remotely in order to help support their well-being and accommodate school closings and family challenges. We also support all efforts to encourage social distancing and help mitigate the spread of COVID-19. As such we are encouraging all vendor sales calls and customer meetings via phone for the immediate future.
Our office is 100% paperless and allows us to handle all aspects of moving your cargo electronically. You should see no disruption in service whatsoever. You can still expect to see real time information via our WEBTRACKER access. Our skeleton staff on site is managing any courier deliveries and the processing of any original documents required.
You can still contact our staff at their regular M.E. Dey phone number as calls are forwarding to them directly off site. We will provide weekly updates on the impact of freight movement, delays, freight rates and general cargo space availability. As always we want to be your resource in these uncertain times and help keep you in the loop of this fluid situation.
