Shippers Letter of Instruction
You are required to comply with U.S. Customs and Bureau
of Export Administration regulations. To assist you
with this compliance, it is necessary for you to complete
a "Export Shipper's Letter of Instruction" (SLI)
for each shipment. Please fax the completed SLI to
414-482-3273 or attach and forward to us with your
export documents.
Power of Attorney
To enable us to be able to enter
and clear your import shipments, United States Customs*
requires that we obtain your written permission. The only such
permission that U.S. Customs recognizes is the Power of
Attorney. Instructions for proper completion of the Power of
Attorney and also our Terms and Conditions complete this
document.
