following this introductory letter.
Instructions for proper completion of the
Power of Attorney and also our Terms and
Conditions complete this document We ask that you please do the following. First,
insure that you have received all five pages
of this communication. Then, read carefully
and understand the Power of Attorney and Terms
and Conditions. Certainly ask any licensed
Broker on our staff any questions that you
may have. Submit all of this to your attorney
for advice if you wish. Finally, when you
have satisfied your self that all is in order,
please execute the Power of Attorney and return
it to us as soon as possible.
We suggest that you download the Power of
Attorney form to be printed and filled in,
then sent to us, as well as printed out for
your files along with the Terms and conditions
that we have supplied.
