Thaw weight restriction dates are getting closer. The official dates have
not been announced as yet but we can assume that the period will be in
effect from MARCH 10 to MAY 24 2004. For Quebec, please be reminded:
ZONE 1 Montreal-Montmagny-Sherbrooke-St-Jerome:
March 10 to May 10
ZONE 2 Val
D'Or-Chicoutimi-Sept-Iles-Riviere du Loup: March 17 to May 17
ZONE 3 Remaining portion of Quebec:
March 24 to May 24
Loads moving in Quebec will be
required to meet the annual spring thaw restrictions. Loads destined to
Quebec will be required to comply with the above restrictions and
overweight loads after the above start dates will be held at the origin
Terminal for correction.
