China agrees not to
manufacture everything on earth
Relenting to pressure from Japan, USA and the EU, China has agreed to no
longer manufacture all of the world’s goods. Countries have been demanding
that China stop manipulating the yuan and allow other countries to compete
on more even terms in the open market. “it is a victory for the free
markets.” proclaimed the USA trade representative.
Among other
significant concessions, by 2040 China will no longer build 8-track
players, rotary phones or Pee Wee Herman action toys.
