Airfreight Fuel Surcharge Increase


Increases in global oil prices and subsequent increases in jet fuel prices have led many of the world's air carriers to announce that they will increase their fuel surcharges to 0.20 USD/kg. We have been receiving notices from carriers advising this increase will go in effect on Monday May 10,2004.
