AES COMMODITY REDESIGN
is now available for testing in the AES Education region. The AES
Commodity Redesign will be implemented in AES production on June 8,
2004. The June 2004 AESTIR is available under AES Technical
Documentation (previously titled April 2004 AESTIR - see the Summary
of Changes for a complete list of any changes made to this document
since it was originally posted in August 2003). Test Scripts updates
posted April 19, 2004. Technical documentation including record
formats. Check frequently for updates. The following referenced
documents (with associated hyperlinks) provide AES information of a
technical nature. This information will be of value to those who are
building automated links to the AES system. Other documents of
interest to the trade are found listed on the AES Main Page. |

New Shippers' Export Declaration (SED) Form Required
Starting January 18, 2004
As a result of
changes to the FTSR, on October 18, 2003, U.S. Customs and Border
Protection (CBP) now requires the export community to use a new SED form. |
